UTIL app for iPhone and iPad

The partner apps is intended to create range of applications for improving productive , simplify digital engagement and ease of operating any of the tasks in day to day work for both personal and professionals.

First of its range is an application titles “UTIL” , which intended improve productive for individual to simplify day to day life around family , friends and engagement with socio, economical activities related to them. Our aspiration is ,in Target state of UTIL application should cover minimum 30% of any individual personal life ranging from his engagement to social aspects i.e. family , friends , social groups and economic I.e. local business specific to his community / suburb / town .

UTIL 1.0 is the first and base release for this app which delivers below four key components

Registration Module : This module covers range of registration methods and options. List of methods includes In-app registration , facebook , G+ , LinkedIn

Group Management : This module enable users to create focused groups with its management related to add , modify , remove members from the group. Only Admin’s of the groups are authorised to do group management. Module enables to create two types of below groups

a. Shared : All members in the group can operate group services. Example : If we take Alarm service , every member of shared group can create and manage alarm

b. Closed : Only admin’s can operate and manage group services. Example : If we take Alarm service , only admin’s of closed group can operate and manage alarm.

Notifications : Module enables to capture and display all the activities related to app member will be displayed in a dashboard. Notific
Alarm Service : This is a first service being launched for UTIL app. This can be used for both Individual and Groups.
a. Individual or self : Recurring or ad-hoc alarm can be set for self and at this moment it is no different from any regular alarm’s currently exist. Future versions would have more functions will be added to improve productivity.
b. Group : Recurring or ad-hoc alarm can be set. Alarm management privileges vary based on group type. This is a great productivity tool for groups with respective to remind , notify group of people. This eliminates individual member in the group to self manage group related activity.
i. Use Cases : Coach Controlled Sport clubs/groups , Social Clubs / Groups with regular activity (activity can be a sport , social event) , Core and extended family groups, may be effective tool to remind aged family members. These are examples only and use cases are depends on life needs and how creative people want to be.
